REMG and Zaki Ibrahim proudly celebrate the release of her new EP Eclectia (Episodes in Purple) with a soulful live performance at The Mod Club Theatre on Tuesday May 13th 2008.
Eclectia will be Zaki's debut release through Sony's Red Ink imprint. The 7 song EP features a remix by King Britt with the majority of the production being handled by Chin Injeti (Bass is Base).
Zaki recently asserted herself as one of Toronto's hottest young acts by selling out The Mod Club in January. Her continuing success has led to an invitation to play The Black Lily Film & Music Festival where she will be backed by a house band led by ?uestlove of The Roots.
Support on the show includes Toronto hip-hop veteran Kamau and electro rap duo Candy Coated Killahz.
